Ashwagandha capsules — KSM-66® root extract
Full-spectrum extract from the root only, standardised to ≥5% withanolides.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also called Indian winter cherry or Indian ginseng, has been valued in Ayurvedic tradition for over 3000 years. These capsules use KSM-66® from Ixoreal Biomed — a full-spectrum extract made exclusively from the root. Two capsules daily provide 600 mg extract with at least 5% withanolides.
What is ashwagandha?
Withania somnifera is one of the most important herbs of Ayurvedic tradition, in documented use for more than 3000 years. The plant parts differ: the root is the classically used and most-studied part — which is exactly what KSM-66® standardises on.
KSM-66®: the root, nothing else
KSM-66® is a patented full-spectrum extract made from the root only — no leaves, no stems, no fillers. "Full-spectrum" means the natural ratio of the root’s constituents is preserved rather than concentrating one fraction; the extract is standardised to at least 5% withanolides, measured by HPLC, and produced with a water-based "Green Chemistry" process without alcohol or chemical solvents.
Dosage and quality
The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily — together 600 mg extract with at least 30 mg withanolides — many take them in the evening; 1 capsule suffices at lower needs, so the 90-capsule can lasts 45–90 days. Every batch is lab-tested for withanolide content and purity, the capsule shell is plant-based HPMC, and the light-proof aluminium can has a first-opening seal.

How do I dose ashwagandha KSM-66®?

The extract keeps the natural proportions of the root’s constituents instead of concentrating a single fraction, standardised to at least 5% withanolides for consistent quality.
