Curcumin Capsules

Both provide 720 mg NovaSOL® micellar preparation per capsule. Choose vegan Licur Max without added vitamin D, or vegetarian Licur 7000 with 7.8 µg vitamin D3. Both are taken as one capsule daily, so a 30-capsule pack provides 30 daily servings and a 60-capsule pack provides 60. Match the formula and pack size to your routine.

Licur combines water-dispersible NovaSOL® micellar technology with no added black-pepper extract. In the Schiborr et al. human study, the micellar formulation showed 185× higher bioavailability than native curcumin powder, measured as total-curcumin exposure over 24 hours (AUC). Read the study.

Each capsule contains a liquid NovaSOL® preparation that holds curcumin in tiny micelles, making the preparation dispersible in water. The 720 mg on the label describes the complete micellar preparation, bringing curcumin and its delivery technology together in one capsule.

Licur Max is vegan. Licur 7000 is vegetarian and contains vitamin D3 from lanolin. Both use plant-based HPMC capsule shells. Choose Licur Max if you follow a vegan diet.
