Ich habe mich für die Licur Max Kurkuma Kapseln entschieden, weil mich bei der Recherche vor allem die hohe Bioverfügbarkeit angesprochen hat. Gerade bei Kurkuma ist das für mich ein wichtiger Punkt und hier wirkt das Produkt gut durchdacht. (Bei mir soll es entzündungshemmend wirken.) Der Preis geht für einen 2-Monatsvorrat absolut in Ordnung. Über die tatsächliche Wirkung kann ich zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch nichts sagen, das werde ich nach einiger Zeit der Einnahme nachtragen. Positiv überrascht hat mich die stabile Dose: Die Flüssigkapseln sind darin gut geschützt und können beim Transport nicht beschädigt werden. Auch die Umverpackung ist gelungen – alle wichtigen Informationen sind kurz, klar und übersichtlich dargestellt. Die Kapseln lassen sich gut schlucken und haben zumindest bei mir keine Nebenwirkungen ausgelöst. Bislang macht das Produkt einen sehr guten Eindruck, daher von mir vorerst eine Kaufempfehlung. Zur Wirkung versuche ich nachzuberichten und dann eventuell auch den letzten Stern zu ergänzen.
Heute (24.06.2025) angekommen. Verpackung/Versand wie immer, sehr gut. Die Kapseln sind in einem Art Pillen-Dose und sind Luftdicht versiegelt, Diese wiederum ist in einer klassischen und hochwertig bedrucken Verpackung, finde ich persönlich TOP. Es gibt keinen Beipackzettel, alle Infos stehen auf der Verpackung. Ich persönlich könnte auf so eine hochwertige Kartonage verzichten, aber so werden die Kapseln nun mal verkauft, bin soweit zufrieden. Zu der Wirkung kann ich natürlich noch nichts sagen, bin mal gespannt!
Sehr zügige Lieferung, das Ergebnis der Wirksamkeit bleibt abzuwarten, da noch nicht lange in Gebrauch. Bis jetzt noch keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht.
Die Zusammensetzung des Produkts gefällt mir sehr gut, aber um eine Einschätzung zu geben ist es noch zu früh. Die Lieferung klappt problemlos.
Hohe Bioverfügbarkeit
Wer einige Präparate zur Nahrungsergänzung "einnimmt", der will nicht, dass das in "Arbeit" ausartet unddass das Präparat schon mit dem Schlucken Mühe macht! Die Curcuma-Kapseln sind schon von der Optik her ein "sauberes" und professionell aufbereitetes Produkt, das ich ohne speziellen gesundheitlichen Anlass nutze, weil ich den Grundstoff Curcuma-Wurzel sehr schätze. Die hohe und schnelle Bioverfügbarkeit ist be-merkenswert. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen. HK
Sehr gut verträglich - gute Qualität
Wirkung sehr gut - keine Probleme bisher. Was mit aber am meisten gefällt ist die Aluminium Dose - kann auch die Vitamin D Tabletten echt empfehlen - klar etwas teuerer aber für gute Qualität zahle ich gerne. Die 60 Tages Ration habe ich vorsorglich nochmal bestellt dann reicht es für eine Weile.

What is curcumin?
Curcumin is the main active compound in turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), a plant from the ginger family grown in India, China and Southeast Asia. Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for over 4 000 years and is one of the most studied plants in the world, with more than 15 000 scientific publications.
What is NovaSOL® curcumin?
NovaSOL® is a patented micellar curcumin technology. Tiny micelles dissolve the curcumin in water and carry it through the gut far more efficiently than a standard turmeric extract. In a published pharmacokinetic study (Schiborr et al., 2014), the micellar form showed 185 times higher measured bioavailability than standard curcumin powder.
How is Licur Max different from Licur 7000?
Licur Max is the pure version. It contains NovaSOL® micellar curcumin with no added vitamin D, for people who already take vitamin D separately or want curcumin on its own. Both products use the same 720 mg dose of NovaSOL® micellar solubilizate.
Why doesn't Licur Max contain piperine?
Traditional curcumin supplements add piperine (black pepper extract) to boost absorption. Licur Max does not need piperine. NovaSOL® micellar technology already delivers strong bioavailability on its own.
How do I take Licur Max?
One capsule a day with water. A 30-capsule pack covers one month of daily supplementation. Don't exceed the recommended daily serving.
Is Licur Max vegan?
Yes. The Licaps® capsule shell is made from plant-based HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), with no animal gelatin. The product is gluten-free, GMO-free and vegan.
Can I take Licur Max alongside other supplements?
Yes. Licur Max combines well with most daily supplements. If you take anticoagulant medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting curcumin.
