Sehr schöne Verpackung und eine Aluminium. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken. Als ich es öffne, spürte ich den intensiven Duft von Kurkuma. Ich denke, dass das ein erstklassiges Produkt ist. Mit gutem Gewissen empfehle ich.
Gute Kurkuma-Kapseln – leider recht wenig Inhalt
Ich bin mit den mizellaren Kurkuma-Kapseln insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert, die Kapseln lassen sich gut schlucken und ich habe sie problemlos vertragen. Ich nehme Kurkuma vor allem zur Unterstützung meiner Gelenke und bin mit diesen Kapseln bisher sehr zufrieden. Besonders interessant finde ich die NovaSOL-Formulierung, da mir bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nicht nur die Menge des Wirkstoffs, sondern auch dessen Verfügbarkeit wichtig ist. Einen Stern ziehe ich allerdings für die Packungsgröße bzw. den Inhalt ab. Für meinen Geschmack könnten deutlich mehr Kapseln enthalten sein, gerade wenn man das Produkt regelmäßig einnimmt. Dadurch ist die Packung leider relativ schnell leer. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen und würde die Kapseln grundsätzlich wieder kaufen. ★★★★☆ 4 Sterne – gutes Produkt, nur etwas wenig Inhalt.

Curcumin is the main active compound in turmeric (Curcuma longa L.), a plant from the ginger family grown in India, China and Southeast Asia. Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for over 4 000 years and is one of the most studied plants in the world, with more than 15 000 scientific publications.
NovaSOL® is a patented micellar curcumin technology. Tiny micelles dissolve the curcumin in water and carry it through the gut far more efficiently than a standard turmeric extract. In a published pharmacokinetic study (Schiborr et al., 2014), the micellar form showed 185 times higher measured bioavailability than standard curcumin powder.
Licur Max and Licur 7000 each contain 720 mg of NovaSOL® micellar turmeric extract solubilisate per capsule. Licur Max has no added vitamin D and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Licur 7000 also contains vitamin D3.
The micellar form used improves curcumin bioavailability, so there is no need to add piperine.
