Sehr schöne Verpackung und eine Aluminium. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken. Als ich es öffne, spürte ich den intensiven Duft von Kurkuma. Ich denke, dass das ein erstklassiges Produkt ist. Mit gutem Gewissen empfehle ich.
Gute Kurkuma-Kapseln – leider recht wenig Inhalt
Ich bin mit den mizellaren Kurkuma-Kapseln insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Einnahme ist unkompliziert, die Kapseln lassen sich gut schlucken und ich habe sie problemlos vertragen. Ich nehme Kurkuma vor allem zur Unterstützung meiner Gelenke und bin mit diesen Kapseln bisher sehr zufrieden. Besonders interessant finde ich die NovaSOL-Formulierung, da mir bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nicht nur die Menge des Wirkstoffs, sondern auch dessen Verfügbarkeit wichtig ist. Einen Stern ziehe ich allerdings für die Packungsgröße bzw. den Inhalt ab. Für meinen Geschmack könnten deutlich mehr Kapseln enthalten sein, gerade wenn man das Produkt regelmäßig einnimmt. Dadurch ist die Packung leider relativ schnell leer. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen und würde die Kapseln grundsätzlich wieder kaufen. ★★★★☆ 4 Sterne – gutes Produkt, nur etwas wenig Inhalt.

What is curcumin, and how is it different from turmeric?
Turmeric is the plant Curcuma longa; curcumin is one of the compounds in its rhizome. Licur Max uses NovaSOL® micellar curcumin. One capsule provides 720 mg of the complete liquid micellar preparation.
What does 185× higher bioavailability mean?
In a human study, NovaSOL® produced 185 times higher total curcumin exposure in blood over 24 hours (AUC) than native curcumin powder. The study involved 23 healthy adults and 500 mg curcuminoids per formulation. Source: Schiborr et al., 2014, PMID 24402825.
Licur Max or Licur 7000: what is the difference?
Both contain 720 mg NovaSOL® micellar formulation per capsule and use plant-based HPMC Licaps® shells. Licur Max is vegan and has no added vitamin D. Licur 7000 adds 7.8 µg vitamin D3. Both use the same 185× bioavailability technology; choose by formula, then compare pack size.
Why is there no piperine in Licur Max?
NovaSOL® uses micelles to disperse curcumin in a water-compatible formulation. The 185× bioavailability result comes from this micellar technology, not added black pepper or piperine. The complete ingredients are listed on this page.
How do I take Licur Max?
Take 1 capsule daily with water. 60 capsules provide 60 daily servings. Swallow the capsule whole and do not exceed the labelled serving.
Is Licur Max vegan?
