What makes Bio Medical Pharma different from cheaper supplements?
We build our formulas around branded, patented active ingredients — such as NovaSOL® micellar curcumin, KSM-66® ashwagandha and Naticol® collagen — rather than generic raw material. Every product is manufactured in the European Union to EU food-supplement standards, with a clear, fully declared dose printed on the label, and our supplements are tested batch by batch for heavy metals and microbiological safety by an independent accredited laboratory (J.S. Hamilton Poland, accreditation no. AB 079). We keep our range deliberately focused rather than broad, so there's a clear reason behind every formula we sell.
Are your products medicines or food supplements?
All Bio Medical Pharma products are food supplements, not medicines. They are intended to complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle — not to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
How do you keep product information accurate?
We base product copy on labelled ingredients, documented doses and source-backed product facts. Where a vitamin or mineral statement is used, we keep it nutrient-specific — for example, "vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system". For branded botanicals and specialist ingredients, we describe form, dose, composition, technology and product use. This keeps the page useful for customers without turning food supplements into medical-style promises.
What is your returns policy?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need a valid receipt or proof of purchase (sale items and gift cards are excluded). To start, complete our return form within 30 days of delivery and email it to office@bmpharma.com — we'll send you a return shipping label and the address to use (please don't ship anything back before requesting a return). Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days; if you haven't seen it after 15 business days, contact us. Received a damaged or incorrect item? Tell us straight away and we'll put it right.
Do you offer express shipping?
We don't run a separate paid "express" tier — orders placed before 2 PM Central European Time on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day from Amazon's European fulfilment network, with delivery in about 1–2 business days to Germany and 2–5 business days elsewhere in the EU.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping to Germany is free on every order with no minimum. For the rest of the European Union shipping is free on orders €70 and over; below that, standard rates apply (€5.99 for EU Core, €8.99 for EU Wider).

What is NovaSOL® curcumin, and why is there no piperine (black pepper)?
Piperine (black-pepper extract) is usually added to ordinary curcumin to help the body absorb it, because standard curcumin powder is poorly absorbed. NovaSOL® is a patented micellar form — the curcumin sits in tiny liquid micelles that disperse readily in water — so it does not rely on piperine, and our curcumin products contain none. In a pharmacokinetic study cited by the manufacturer (Schiborr et al., Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, 2014), the micellar form showed 185× higher measured bioavailability (AUC over 24 hours) than standard curcumin powder. Bioavailability describes measured absorption in that study; our curcumin product pages keep the wording focused on form, dose and composition.
How do I choose the right product — and the right format?
For curcumin we offer two formats — Licur 7000 (NovaSOL® curcumin with added vitamin D3) and Licur Max (NovaSOL® curcumin only) — each in a 30- or 60-capsule pack, so you can match the dose and pack size to how you'll use it. More generally, start from what you're looking for and read the label: every product lists its active ingredients and exact dose. How do I take your supplements — how many capsules, and when?
Always follow the recommended daily intake printed on each product's label — it states exactly how many capsules to take and how often, and you should not exceed it. As a general guide, capsules are taken with water, and some are best taken with a meal, so check the directions on your specific product. NovaSOL® micellar curcumin is water-dispersible, so it can be taken with water and does not require a high-fat meal alongside it. If you're unsure, email office@bmpharma.com, or ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Are your supplements vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or allergen-free?
Allergen, vegan and gluten information is declared on each product's label and ingredient list, so always check the pack for the product you're considering — formulations differ across the range. The label states the full ingredient list, any of the 14 EU-regulated allergens present, and whether the product is suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet. If you need to confirm a specific ingredient or the capsule type before buying, email office@bmpharma.com and we'll check for you.
How should I store your supplements, and what is the shelf life?
Store them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of young children, unless the label says otherwise. Each pack is printed with a best-before date and any specific storage instructions — always follow what's on your product. Once opened, keep the pack closed between uses.
How do I know I'm buying a genuine Bio Medical Pharma product?
Buy from our official channels: bmpharma.com and our official Bio Medical Pharma listings on Amazon. Bio Medical Pharma and BMPHARMA are registered EU trademarks (EUTM 019318194 and 019287444, classes 5 and 35), and genuine packaging carries the brand name, the product's batch/lot number and best-before date, and a full EU ingredient and dosage declaration. Are there any safety warnings or precautions before taking your supplements?
Yes — a few standard precautions apply. Read the recommended daily intake on the label and do not exceed it; check the ingredient list if you have allergies; and keep supplements out of the reach of young children. Food supplements are not intended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, unless the label states otherwise. If you take medication — for example blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medicines — or have a health condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do you have retail store locations?
No. Bio Medical Pharma is an online-only brand — we sell through bmpharma.com and Amazon and do not operate any physical retail stores.

Yes. We ship to 25 European Union countries from Amazon's European fulfillment network. Germany is always free; for EU Core (AT, BE, CZ, DK, ES, FR, IT, LU, NL, PL, SK) shipping is €5.99 and for EU Wider (BG, EE, FI, GR, HR, HU, IE, LT, LV, PT, RO, SE, SI) it is €8.99 — both free on orders €70 and over.

Bio Medical Pharma supplements are manufactured in the European Union to EU food-supplement standards. The bmpharma.com store is operated by Holity sp. z o. o., based in Rąbień, Poland (KRS 0000900905).
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring orders?
No. Orders on bmpharma.com are one-time purchases — we do not currently offer subscription or auto-replenishment plans.
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
No, bmpharma.com does not currently ship to the United Kingdom. We deliver to 25 European Union countries from Amazon's European fulfillment network. UK customers can still purchase Bio Medical Pharma products on Amazon UK.
