This Bio Medical Pharma shop is operated by Holity sp. z o. o., Aleksandrowska 9, 95-070 Rąbień, Poland. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Holity sp. z o. o. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, including additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all site users.

Before a contract is concluded, we may decline an order for an objective reason, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue, reasonable suspicion of fraud or a legal restriction. This does not give us a right to change or cancel an existing contract at our discretion.

Product descriptions, quantities and prices shown before purchase form part of the information for your order. General educational articles do not replace product information or individual professional advice. Your statutory rights concerning inaccurate product information or goods that do not conform to the contract remain unaffected.

5. Changes to the shop and prices

We may change the shop, its future product range and prices. Such changes do not alter the price or terms of a contract already concluded with you.

6. Returns and statutory rights

Our Refund Policy explains statutory withdrawal rights and any additional voluntary returns. A voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

7. Order and account information

Provide accurate, current contact, delivery and payment information when ordering. If information needed to process your order is missing or inconsistent, we may contact you to clarify it. This does not create a separate right to cancel an existing contract.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.

10. Reviews and private messages

A review you submit for public display may be displayed with the name or alias you supply for that purpose. This does not give us unrestricted rights to use your content in other media. Private emails, contact-form messages and postal correspondence are not permission to publish their contents.

A term that is unlawful or not binding on you will not be enforced against you. The remaining contract continues where it can do so under applicable law.

17. Ending use of the shop

You may stop using the website at any time. Ending website use does not cancel an existing order or remove rights and obligations arising from a contract already concluded. Statutory withdrawal and other termination rights remain unaffected.

18. Contract documents

These Terms, the information provided before purchase and any individual agreement form the basis of your contract. These Terms do not override a specific agreement made with you or your mandatory statutory rights.

19. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country to which we direct our sales, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection of that country, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

20. Changes to these Terms

The current version and update date are available on this page. Changes apply to future contracts and do not change an existing contract without a valid legal basis or your agreement. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
