    Easy to take, very high quality curcumin

    This is a top quality curcumin supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste as you can get with taking golden paste or turmeric drinks. I find that curcumin is a very good anti-inflammatory that helps with my general aches and pains. This liquid form is supposed to be 185 times better absorbed than a turmeric and black pepper capsule. The manufacturer also states that it remains in the blood plasma for 24 hours.Each capsule also contains 7.8 µg of vitamin D3 which is important from so many different systems in the body, including immunity. While this is 156% of the current guidance for daily recommended amounts from the UK government, and many more recent papers suggests that quite a lot is needed to achieve optimum blood plasma levels in northern hemisphere climates, but do be aware of the possibility of overdoing it of taking other supplements as well.The packaging is very attractive and the capsules themselves come in the metal tin with a security seal on top.I can already tell that these capsules are helping with my levels of general pain. They aren’t cheap at £17.90 per 30 capsules but they are very good, one a day is the dosage, and you get what you pay for!

    I'm surprised with the quality of this product. It is better than very expensive Norwegian collagen I have been using so far. The solubility is great and there is no taste or smell. I just put it in my morning coffee, very simple and easy to use. It is too early to see the results, but I will order again.

    Omega 3s are one of the essential supplements that I take daily so I decided to give this product a try and I find it alright. As per the label, each pill contains 1000mg fish oil, of which 750mg are Omega 3. This makes this product high dosed as the Omega 3 to fat ratio is 75% which is beyond the market average. The capsules are more on the larger size (as expected with Omega 3 supplements) but due to their shape - easy to swallow. I have experienced some fish burps after taking these even though I take them with food but this could be due to personal reasons. The pills are packed in an aluminum container which is not the most sustainable option so 1 star less.
