Daarnaast heb ik het gevoel dat ik mentaal net wat helderder ben en me beter kan concentreren gedurende de dag. Nothing special here. pretty typical capsules. they also cause a bit of reflux, which is common for me. I thought maybe these might be better, but they're the same. Nothing to really complain about. If the price is good, go for it.
Sehr hochwertige Omega 3
Es gibt wirklich viel Omega 3-Kapseln von verschiedensten Hersteller. Die schlechteren verursachen Aufstoßen und können auch belastet sein. Dieses hier vorliegende Omega 3 ist ein wirklich sehr hochwertiges Produkt. Alles macht einen sehr guten Eindruck auf mich. Beim Verzehr habe ich keine Probleme und bin froh, die positiven Eigenschaften, ruhigen Gewissens, nutzen zu können. Es ist auch nicht so eine Riesenpackung, nach dem Motto: Viel und Hauptsache billig. Sondern sehr ansprechend und in ausreichender Menge. Ich kann dann schnell wieder frisches Omega 3 nachbestellen. Denn auch Omega 3-Kapseln können verderben. Darum bitte kühl lagern. Omega 3 als Nahrungsergänzung ist wirklich lebensnotwendig. Wer nicht hochwertigen Fisch in ausreichender Menge und Güte verzehren kann oder will, sollte wirklich dies als Nahrungsergänzung zuführen. Die Rechnung kommt sonst immer "zum Schluss" hin. In der letzten Lebenshälfte möchte ich nicht bereuen, zu wenig für meine Gesunderhaltung getan zu haben. Ich will auch meine Rente auch noch ein Stück weit genießen. Dieses hochwertige Omega 3 hilft mir dabei.

How much EPA and DHA do I get per capsule?
500 mg EPA + 250 mg DHA, so 750 mg of omega-3 in a single softgel. One capsule meets the 250 mg daily intakes behind the authorised EFSA heart, brain and vision claims. One capsule a day is enough.
Why the triglyceride (TG) form?
TG is the form omega-3 naturally takes in whole fish. Many cheaper fish oils are chemically converted into ethyl esters (EE). More concentrated on paper, but less bioavailable. Our oil stays in the TG form.
What does IFOS certification mean?
IFOS is the independent testing programme that rates fish oils on purity, potency, freshness, and heavy-metal levels. Certification is batch-level. It means the label matches what's actually inside the capsule.
Will it make me burp fish?
Fresh fish oil normally shouldn't. Fishy burps usually come from oxidation. Keeping the tin sealed and taking the capsule with a meal helps. If you still notice it, try taking it just before eating rather than after.
When should I take it?
Take it with a meal that contains some fat. Omega-3 is fat-soluble, so fat improves absorption. Most people take it with breakfast or lunch.
Can I take Omega-3 with other supplements or medication?
Omega-3 can be taken with other supplements. If you take anticoagulants or other medication that affects blood clotting, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Is it sustainable?
The oil comes from Peruvian anchovies. The fishery is managed under strict seasonal quotas and regarded as one of the most sustainable sources of omega-3. IFOS certification also covers responsible sourcing.
