Omega-3 ist ja bekanntlich superwichtig für uns, und ich hab' schon so einiges probiert, um meinen Bedarf zu decken. Leinöl im Salat, zum Beispiel, aber das ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Und dann diese Fischöl-Geschichten... 🤢 Aber diese Kapseln hier sind anders. Kein fischiger Geschmack, kein Aufstoßen, einfach nur ein kleines, leicht zu schluckendes Gel-Teilchen. Ich nehm' sie einfach mit Wasser, und gut ist. 👍 Das Produkt selbst sieht auch hochwertig aus, da gibt's nix zu meckern. Und dass es aus Polen kommt, finde ich persönlich auch gut, innerhalb der EU, alles easy.🇵🇱 Alles in allem bin ich echt zufrieden mit den Kapseln. Eine einfache und effektive Lösung, um an seine Omega-3-Fettsäuren zu kommen, ohne dass man sich mit irgendwelchen Ölen rumquälen muss. Top! 🤩

Nothing special here. pretty typical capsules. they also cause a bit of reflux, which is common for me. I thought maybe these might be better, but they're the same. Nothing to really complain about. If the price is good, go for it.
