One capsule contains 1000 mg fish oil, including 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA. That is 750 mg EPA and DHA combined. The fish-oil weight and the EPA+DHA amount are different figures.
Triglycerides are a form of fat found naturally in fish oil. This product supplies its EPA and DHA in that form. TG describes how the fatty acids are carried, not how much omega-3 is in a capsule.
