Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage and Carrier

Bio Medical Pharma ships to 25 European Union countries from Amazon's European fulfillment network. Orders are dispatched via Amazon's logistics partners (DHL, UPS, DPD, Hermes and others, depending on destination).

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country:

  • Germany: free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
  • EU Core (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain): €5.99 — free on orders €70 and over.
  • EU Wider (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden): €8.99 — free on orders €70 and over.
Currently Unavailable

We do not currently ship to Cyprus, Malta or destinations outside the European Union. UK customers can purchase Bio Medical Pharma products on Amazon UK.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation with the order summary. Once your parcel is dispatched, a second email is sent with tracking information. You can also view tracking from your customer account.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM Central European Time (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Germany: typically 1-2 business days from dispatch. Other EU countries: typically 2-5 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier load, weather or public holidays.
