Shipping Coverage and Carrier

Bio Medical Pharma delivers to 25 European Union countries. Orders placed through this shop are shipped with DPD.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country:

  • Germany: free shipping on every order, with no minimum.
  • EU Core (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain): €5.99 — free on orders €70 and over.
  • EU Wider (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden): €8.99 — free on orders €70 and over.

Currently Unavailable

We do not currently deliver to Cyprus, Malta or destinations outside the European Union.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon placing an order you will receive an email confirmation with the order summary. Once your parcel is dispatched, a second email is sent with tracking information. You can also view tracking from your customer account.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2 pm, Berlin local time (Monday–Friday), are typically dispatched the same business day. Later orders, weekend orders and public-holiday orders are usually dispatched on the next business day. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Times

Transit time depends on the destination and DPD’s delivery schedule. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest parcel status and the carrier’s expected delivery date. Weekends, public holidays and transport disruptions can affect delivery. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before buying.
