Refund Policy

This policy describes your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU and our additional, voluntary 30-day return offer. Your statutory rights are not affected by the voluntary offer.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or, where the goods of a single order are delivered separately, the last item).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Holity sp. z o. o., Aleksandrowska 9, 95-070 Rąbień, Poland; email: office@bmpharma.com; phone: +49 174 5498036 — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use our electronic withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract”, which is permanently available in the footer of every page of our shop: bmpharma.com/withdrawal. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Holity sp. z o. o., Aleksandrowska 9, 95-070 Rąbień, Poland) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, and lapses, in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g(2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code). This applies to our food supplements once the safety seal/sealing has been opened.

Voluntary 30-day returns (in addition to your statutory right)

Beyond your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and without affecting it, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return option.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a voluntary return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note: Items on sale and gift cards are excluded from this voluntary return offer (your statutory right of withdrawal above is unaffected).
Return Procedure
  1. Complete the Return Form: Fill out the return form within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Submit the Form: Email the signed form to office@bmpharma.com.
  3. Receive and Attach Return Label: We will process your request and send a return shipping label via email. Print and attach this label to your package.
  4. Ship the Package: Return the product using a trackable shipping method to the address provided on the return label.

Important: For voluntary returns, the return address may differ from our registered address — always use the address on the return label. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at office@bmpharma.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item as per our return procedure. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Reporting Damages or Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If you encounter any defects, damages, or discrepancies, contact us without delay to resolve the issue.
