High Quality Capsules
- High quality tablets in a metal container to keep them fresh. It has a screw top lid and a pull seal so all of the tablets are fresh. - The tablets are easy to take, have no bad smell and the after taste is fine. - Overall I like these tablets and I have been taking them for the past couple of days with no issues.
Easy to take, very high quality curcumin
This is a top quality curcumin supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste as you can get with taking golden paste or turmeric drinks. I find that curcumin is a very good anti-inflammatory that helps with my general aches and pains. This liquid form is supposed to be 185 times better absorbed than a turmeric and black pepper capsule. The manufacturer also states that it remains in the blood plasma for 24 hours.Each capsule also contains 7.8 µg of vitamin D3 which is important from so many different systems in the body, including immunity. While this is 156% of the current guidance for daily recommended amounts from the UK government, and many more recent papers suggests that quite a lot is needed to achieve optimum blood plasma levels in northern hemisphere climates, but do be aware of the possibility of overdoing it of taking other supplements as well.The packaging is very attractive and the capsules themselves come in the metal tin with a security seal on top.I can already tell that these capsules are helping with my levels of general pain. They aren’t cheap at £17.90 per 30 capsules but they are very good, one a day is the dosage, and you get what you pay for!

What is curcumin, and what does Licur 7000 contain?
Curcumin is a compound from the turmeric rhizome. Licur 7000 combines 720 mg of the complete NovaSOL® micellar preparation with 7.8 µg (312 IU) vitamin D3 per capsule.
What makes NovaSOL® curcumin 185× more bioavailable?
NovaSOL® uses liquid micelles to make its curcumin preparation dispersible in water. In a human study with 23 healthy adults, the micellar formulation showed 185× higher bioavailability than native curcumin powder, measured as total-curcumin exposure over 24 hours (AUC). How is Licur 7000 different from Licur Max?
Both provide 720 mg NovaSOL® micellar preparation per capsule and use HPMC capsule shells. Licur 7000 adds 7.8 µg vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Licur Max is vegan and has no added vitamin D; Licur 7000 is vegetarian.
Why does Licur 7000 have no added piperine?
The formula uses NovaSOL® micellar technology, whose 185× bioavailability was measured without added piperine. That is why this product does not rely on black pepper extract. Check the full ingredient list if you have a particular dietary requirement.
How do I take Licur 7000?
Take 1 capsule daily with water. 30 capsules provide 30 daily servings. Each capsule also provides 7.8 µg vitamin D; include it when checking other vitamin D supplements.
Who is Licur 7000 for, and what is its capsule made of?
Licur 7000 is for adults choosing micellar curcumin with added vitamin D3. Its Licaps® shell is made from plant-based HPMC. The formula is vegetarian and contains vitamin D3 from lanolin. Licur Max is the vegan option without added vitamin D. Licur 7000 is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Can I combine Licur 7000 with vitamin D3 + K2?
Licur 7000 already supplies 7.8 µg vitamin D per daily capsule. Add up vitamin D from all products before combining, and have the total checked by a doctor or pharmacist. The separate 5000 IU D3 + K2 product is taken every five days, not daily.
