What the vitamin D3 in Licur 7000 actually contributes
The 312 IU per capsule is 156% of the EU Nutrient Reference Value (NRV) — a daily maintenance dose, not a high-strength loading dose. The seven authorised EU claims for vitamin D apply: it contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, and has a role in cell division.1
If you already take a higher-dose vitamin D product — for example, Vitamin D3+K2 MK-7 5000 IU — stacking Licur 7000 on top is usually unnecessary. In that case, Licur Max keeps your curcumin and D3 doses independent.
