When Licur Max is the clearer choice
If you want NovaSOL® without adding vitamin D to your routine, Licur Max keeps those choices separate. It is also the vegan option. It fits a routine where you prefer to manage vitamin D separately. Check your existing supplements when planning the combination.
What Licur 7000 adds
Licur 7000 combines the same NovaSOL® amount with vitamin D3. The added vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Its 7.8 µg vitamin D3 equals 156% of the EU nutrient reference value used for labelling. This gives you a clear reference when reading the nutrient label. If you already take vitamin D, include those other sources when planning your total intake. Follow any individual vitamin D plan agreed with your clinician.
The NovaSOL® advantage is shared
Both formulas use NovaSOL® micellar curcumin. In a human crossover study with 23 healthy adults, NovaSOL® liquid micelles showed 185× higher bioavailability than native curcumin powder, measured as total-curcumin exposure over 24 hours (AUC). See the study details.
Each capsule supplies 720 mg of the complete NovaSOL® micellar preparation. Choose Licur Max for a vegan formula without added vitamin D, or Licur 7000 for a vegetarian formula with vitamin D3.
30 or 60 capsules?
At the labelled serving, a 30-capsule pack provides 30 daily servings and a 60-capsule pack provides 60. Choose the smaller pack if that better fits your plans, or the larger one if you already know the format suits you. To compare cost per serving, divide the current pack price by the number of capsules.
Store the product as directed and check the best-before date. Do not increase the serving to use a pack faster, and do not take both versions together simply because they have different names.

What if I take a blood thinner?
