Der Vitamin B Komplex ist so hoch Dosiert dass sich der Urin dermaßen verfärbt das man meinen könnte man sei Verstrahlt :D also keine Sorge wenn dieser Leuchtet.. es ist vom Vitamin B, da alles was der Körper nicht mehr aufnehmen kann ausgespült wird. Aber man sollte auch nicht täglich ewig lang solche Präparate zu sich nehmen..Die Verträglichkeit ist super und es gibt keine NebenwirkungenPreis und Leistung superTop QualitätKapseln sind in einer guten Größe um diese Oral aufzunehmenAlles was man an Vitamin B braucht und noch mehr zu einen guten Preis.
Hohe Konzentration die aber nicht schaden kann
Die Kapseln mit dem Vitamin B Komplex werden in einer Metalldose mit Plastikdrehverschluss geliefert. Beim ersten Öffnen muss man noch einen Plastiksicherheitsverschluss abziehen. Nach Lieferung sind meine Kapseln noch knapp zwei Jahre haltbar. In der Dose sind 60 Kapseln mit einem grünlichem Pulver. Täglich soll man eine Kapsel nehmen. Die Dosen der einzelnen Nahrungsergänzungsmittel (z.B. Vitamin B 6 und 12 oder Thiamin) sind sehr hoch. Ich habe mich etwas eingelesen und herausgefunden, dass eine Überdosierung hier nicht schaden kann. Das war mir wichtig. Ich nehme die Kapseln jetzt seit einer guten Woche und mein Urin war direkt nach der ersten Anwendung dunkelgelb bzw. orange. Das scheint wohl an der hohen Dosierung zu liegen. Die Kapseln haben eine angenehme Größe und lassen sich mit Wasser leicht schlucken. Bisher merke ich noch keine Veränderung in Bezug auf das Thema, dass ich nicht mehr so müde bin. Ich hoffe das stellt sich noch ein.Ich kann die Kapseln zum Kauf empfehlen. Für derzeit ca. 17 Euro für 2 Monate liegt der Preis im mittleren Bereich. Man muss immer auf die Dosierung achten. Hier gibt es große Unterschiede und die Preise lassen sich nicht 1:1 vergleichen. Hier finde ich Preis- Leistung gut.
Sehr hochwertiger Vitamin B-Komplex mit aktiven Formen
Ich nehme regelmäßig diverse NEM ein und dabei ist mir wichtig, dass das von mir gewählte Produkt möglichst hochwertig ist und ausschließlich Vitamine bzw. Mineralien ihrer aktiven Form enthalten, um die höchstmögliche Bioverfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten.Das ist bei dem Vitamin B-Komplex-Kapseln von Bio Medical Pharma der Fall.Geliefert werden die Kapseln in einer Aluminium-Dose mit Schraubdeckel. In der Packung sind 60 Kapseln enthalten, die dementsprechend für 60 Tage reichen.Die Kapseln sind geschmacksneutral und hinterlassen auch nach der Einnahme nicht den typischen "Multivitamin"-Geschmack wie es bei anderen Kapseln manchmal der Fall ist.Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich hier auf jeden Fall stimmig. Ich vertrage die Kapseln gut, bekomme kein Aufstoßen davon und der Urin verfärbt sich auch nicht, wie ich es schon bei Kapseln anderer Hersteller festgestellt habe.

Die Dose ist aus Aluminium.Die Tabletten sind grün, sind sehr einfach zu dosieren, da ich sie einfach mit einem Glas Wasser oder Saft einnehmen kann.Sie sind sehr leicht verdaulich und liefern mir in kurzer Zeit eine große Menge an Vitaminen.Ich nehme sie jeden Tag und spüre, wie mein Körper sie aufnimmt und verwertet. Manchmal fühle ich mich sofort besser und energiegeladener, wenn ich die Vitamine nehme.Sie schmecken nicht bitter und es macht mir nichts aus, sie jeden Tag einzunehmen.Die Einnahme ist einfach - eine Kapsel pro Tag - und die Kapseln sind vegan und ohne zusätzliche Füll- oder Konservierungsstoffe.Es ist ein großartiges Produkt, das ich jedem empfehlen kann, der auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen Vitamin-B-Komplex ist.
Vitamin B5 enthalten!
Im Verhältnis zu anderen B-Komplex Produkten riecht und schmeckt eine Kapsel hier nicht so anstrengend. Ich nehme den Komplex hauptsächlich wegen B5 und Folsäure was meinem Körper hilft, morgens wieder in einen normalen Modus zu kommen, nach dem ich wegen einer mittlerweile 10 Jahre langer Schlafstörung im Moment auf Trazodon (Antidepresiva zum Schlafen) angewiesen bin!
