Well, this was my first order and products are missing. Still waiting, 1 more week passed after the standard delivery time. What can I say?
Gute Verträglichkeit und unauffällige Testphase.
Ich durfte im Rahmen des Vine Programms die Berberin Kapseln von Bio Medical Pharma testen. Die Kapseln kommen in einer Aluflasche mit Plastikdeckel welche nochmals in einem kleinen Karton verpackt ist. Sie haben die typische Kapselform sind allerdings merklich größer als der Durchschnitt. Dank der auch hier sehr glatten Außenhülle sind sie trotzdem mit ein wenig Wasser noch recht gut zu schlucken. Geschmack oder Geruch fallen eher neutral aus. Etwa 16 Tage lang habe ich die Kapseln zum Zeitpunkt dieser Rezension täglich eingenommen. In diesem Testzeitraum hatte ich weder Verdauungsprobleme noch sonstige Nebenwirkungen oder Beschwerden. Alles verlief wie es sein sollte. Zu Heilwirkungen oder sonstigen positiven Effekten schreibe ich hier wie bei fast allen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln nichts. Mein Fazit: Gute Verträglichkeit und unauffällige Testphase. Probiert sie einfach mal selbst aus.

Hatte hier etwas das Gefühl das es was bringt, aber nur etwas. Würde ich nicht noch mal testen.
Gut gegen andauernden Appetit
Bitter und sehr gelb 😉 Mir helfen 2 Kapseln am Tag, meinen Blutzucker zu regulieren. Manchmal vergesse ich vormittags regelrecht zu essen. Finde die Kapseln gut und habe schon das 2. Mal bestellt.
Hohe Konzentration der Berberis Aristata
Berberin ist die pflanzliche Alternative zum Wirkstoff in der Abnehmspritze. Ich habe die Kapseln erst jetzt gekauft. D.h. ich kann über die Wirkung noch nichts aussagen. Die 98% stehen für den hohen Anteil des wirksamen Wurzelextrakts. Mindestens 97% sollten es sein. Zudem ist es wichtig, die Berberis Aristata zu kaufen. Daher finde ich, daß ich mit diesem Produkt alles richtig gemacht habe. Die Wirksamkeit wird meine Hausärztin in den nächsten Wochen feststellen.
