Vitamin D supports normal immune function and helps your body absorb and use calcium. Vitamins D and K both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. This formula brings D3 and K2 together in a softgel with flaxseed oil.
The vitamin K2 is supplied as MK-7, a form that remained in circulation longer than vitamin K1 in human research. Each capsule provides 125 µg vitamin D3 (5000 IU) and 100 µg vitamin K2. 240 softgels.
The sealed aluminium can keeps the capsules dry and protected from light, helping preserve freshness and making storage easy.

D3 and K2 are fat-soluble and are dissolved together in linseed oil. For this product, follow the labelled schedule: one capsule containing 5,000 IU D3 every five days.

Flaxseed oil carries the vitamins inside the softgel. The complete ingredient list also includes gelatin, glycerin and water.
