Why can the capsules have a characteristic smell?
The formula contains MSM and sulfur-containing amino acids, which can give it a characteristic smell. If the product seems damaged or its smell changes unexpectedly, contact us with the lot number before continuing use.
Are the capsules vegetarian?
Yes. KeratinCell is vegetarian and uses a plant-based HPMC capsule shell.
Can biotin affect a blood test?
Yes. Biotin can interfere with some laboratory results. Tell your clinician or laboratory that this product provides 2000 µg biotin per daily serving, and follow their test-specific instructions.
