Ich nehme schon länger Ashwagandha und komme mit diesen hier richtig gut klar. Mit 600 mg pro Tagesdosis ist die Dosierung top. Sie sind vegan, ohne Zusätze und schön klein. Für mich ein gutes und verträgliches Produkt.

Die Kapseln lassen sich gut einnehmen. Ich möchte betonen dass es sich immer um eine subjektive Wahrnehmung handelt. Ich nehme die kapseln ca. eine halbe Stunde vor dem Schlafen. Mein Gefühl ist es, das der Körper sich besser entspannen kann. Nebenwirkungen konnte ich nicht feststellen.

Den Angaben zu Folge eine gute Dosierung von 600mg KSM-66/Tag (2 Kapseln) Davon 5% (30mg) Withanolide Extrakt. Was mich stört ist das es keinerlei Laborbericht/Test gibt, das ist für mich normalerweise ein Ausschlusskriterium. Das dies bei NEM keine gesetzliche Vorgabe ist, kann jeder selbst entscheiden ob er kauft oder nicht. Nach Erhalt war ich zumindest von der hochwertigen Kartonverpackung und der Kapseldose selber, aus Aluminium, was sehr gut die Frische hält und kein Licht an die Kapseln lässt. Auf dem Karton und der Aludose finde ich dann einen Hinweis auf den Hersteller. Bio Medical Pharma Sp.z.o.o.ul 95-070 Rabien, eine kleine Stadt in Polen. Die Kapseln sind nicht zu groß und gut zu schlucken. Laut Anbieter werden pflanzliche Kapseln verwendet und es ist keine Gelatine, Gluten, Laktose, Zucker, Füllstoffe oder künstliche Farb-oder Konservierungsstoffe enthalten.
