Ik ben pas net begonnen met de Ashwagandha KSM-66 van Bio Medical Pharma en had eerlijk gezegd niet verwacht zo snel iets te merken. Al na een paar dagen voelde ik me rustiger, minder gestrest en merk ik dat ik wat assertiever ben in situaties waarin ik normaal sneller twijfel. Ook voelt mijn lichaam meer ontspannen. Natuurlijk is iedereen anders, maar mijn eerste ervaring is ontzettend positief. De kwaliteit van het product geeft vertrouwen en ik ben benieuwd wat het op de langere termijn nog gaat doen. Tot nu toe ben ik er erg blij mee.

Gutes Ashwagandha in vernünftiger Dosierung
Ich nehme schon länger Ashwagandha und komme mit diesen hier richtig gut klar. Mit 600 mg pro Tagesdosis ist die Dosierung top. Sie sind vegan, ohne Zusätze und schön klein. Für mich ein gutes und verträgliches Produkt.

Die Kapseln lassen sich gut einnehmen. Ich möchte betonen dass es sich immer um eine subjektive Wahrnehmung handelt. Ich nehme die kapseln ca. eine halbe Stunde vor dem Schlafen. Mein Gefühl ist es, das der Körper sich besser entspannen kann. Nebenwirkungen konnte ich nicht feststellen.
