Folate is supplied as 5-MTHF (Extrafolate-S®), B12 as methylcobalamin and B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. Choline, inositol and PABA complete the formula.

What is B-Complex for?
B-Complex provides all eight B vitamins in one daily capsule. They have different roles: for example, B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, B2 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and B5 contributes to normal mental performance. The formula also includes choline, inositol and PABA.
Why are the vitamin forms worth looking at?
The form tells you which compound supplies a vitamin. B-Complex uses 5-MTHF as Extrafolate-S® for folate, methylcobalamin for B12 and pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6. For B3, we use nicotinamide.
How do I take B-Complex?
Take 1 capsule daily with water. 60 capsules provide 60 daily servings. Do not exceed the labelled serving or add another B-complex without checking the combined amounts.
Why can B vitamins change urine colour?
B vitamins, particularly riboflavin (B2), can give urine a more intense yellow colour after supplementation. Seek medical advice if a change is unexplained, persists, or comes with pain or blood.
Who is B-Complex suitable for?
B-Complex is for adults choosing all eight B vitamins in a vegan capsule. It is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Seek professional advice for a suspected deficiency or persistent fatigue, and follow the labelled serving.
Can I take a B-complex every day for a long time?
The label recommends one capsule daily, providing 6 mg vitamin B6. Check the B6 in any other supplements you take and discuss prolonged use with a doctor or pharmacist.
Can I combine B-Complex with magnesium or a multivitamin?
Check the combined vitamin amounts first: magnesium products and multivitamins may also contain B6. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about medicines and supplements, and tell the laboratory about biotin before blood tests.
