How is algae omega-3 different from fish oil?
Both can provide EPA and DHA, but from different sources. This formula uses microalgae oil and a plant-based shell. Two capsules contain 600 mg DHA and 200 mg EPA; the fish-oil product has a different ratio and serving.
Is the oil and the capsule shell vegan?
