Two capsules provide 70 mg CERAMOSIDES™, including 10.5 mg ceramides, and 1000 mg squalene. The 70 mg oil ingredient was studied in a 56-day trial; the research did not test the complete LipidCell formula.
Vitamin A helps maintain normal skin, while vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Each individual pack contains 30 daily servings. The squalene and gelatin shell are fish-derived, so LipidCell is not vegetarian or vegan.

Full ingredient listSqualene is a lipid found naturally in sebum, the oily layer at the skin’s surface. LipidCell supplies fish-derived squalene alongside wheat-derived ceramides. Two capsules provide 1000 mg; the product also contains fish gelatin.
Ceramides are part of the skin’s natural lipid barrier, which helps retain moisture. CERAMOSIDES™ supplies plant ceramides from wheat germ oil. Oral use of the oil ingredient at 70 mg a day was studied for skin hydration in a placebo-controlled, 56-day trial with 72 women. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is fat-soluble and is included in LipidCell’s oil-based softgels alongside squalene, ceramides and vitamin A.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. LipidCell provides it as retinyl palmitate, a fat-soluble form suited to the oil-based softgel. Two capsules supply 800 µg vitamin A.

LipidCell is an oral food supplement with a daily capsule format. A ceramide cream is applied directly to the skin. Follow LipidCell’s labelled serving alongside your usual skincare, and continue any treatment prescribed for a skin condition.

Two capsules contain 800 µg vitamin A (100% NRV). Check the total from all supplements before combining. The label says not to use LipidCell during pregnancy or breastfeeding; taking a smaller serving does not remove that restriction.
