Hi! Collagen contains fish-derived collagen and vitamin C. Its label also warns of possible milk including lactose, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs and crustaceans. It is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone allergic to an ingredient. Do not exceed the labelled daily portion.
